At this time, there are no disruptions to our delivery services. However, we strongly recommend using a home address for delivery.
All carriers operate contact-free delivery, meaning a signature will not be required upon delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation emails containing tracking details. For additional information, you may also review the guidelines directly on the carrier’s official website.
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have restrictions on shipping to P.O. Box addresses. If your selected carrier does not support P.O. Box delivery, we recommend providing a residential or business address to avoid delays.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
